Returns & Exchanges

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If a Stair Barrier does not work in your home, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a return or exchange for an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original condition, with all tags and included components. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.  

If you need to exchange your Stair Barrier, return your original order and place a new order for the correct Stair Barrier.  The new gate will ship immediately and the original order will be refunded within 2 business days of the gate arriving in our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE:  Final sale and custom made Stair Barriers and personalized patches are not eligible for return. Items purchased from other retailers or websites must be returned according to the specific retailer's policies and procedures.
