The application process requires the completion of this medical form by a board-licensed medical professional. To qualify, there must be a physical, emotional, social, or psychological benefit to the patient using the Keenz product. No, we cannot offer sales or discount code pricing on previously purchased orders. We can only honor discounts when the sale is actively going on AND the order has not shipped from our warehouse. In this case, you can request to cancel the order and reorder with the current discount or desired discount code.
